Actions can be driven by MoCs, Incidents, Audits, Hazops or directly entered into the Action Tracking database which makes it easy for an individual to manage and process their allocated Action items. Supervisors and managers too have an overview of Action compliance, either through dynamic onscreen reports or through automated email notifications of current and overdue actions with escalation processes behind thm to ensure close outs.

Reporting by exception - where the emphasis is on notifying overdue and near-overdue actions - cuts down on the amount of interaction and oversight required and the high level of peer visibility and management oversight ensures that the organisation does what it says it does and can prove it.
