MoC Approval Process
PSMmonitor's MoC module is designed to reduce the administration overhead and speed MoC implementation processes by using electronic for capturing approvals and sign-offs which then results in the next approver/signatory in the process to go in and approve and/or sign-off.
And the system has configurable process flows and sign-off levels managed through configuration which results in considerable flexibility without coding costs and quicker time to implementation reducing the initial set up and ongoing costs.
The benefits are:
- Realtime visibility of MoC status through onscreen views, where an MoC is held up and who's next to approve or sign-off
- Audit trail of all approvals and sign-offs - who and when
- Reduced wait times and efficient management of MoCs
For those circumstances where the regulations absolutely require a physical signature, maybe a training signature sheet or PSSR lists (as below), there is the facility to scan a sheet in and upload directly into the relevant MoC section - see below, which also shows has a snapshot of the audit trail for the whole MoC:
As with the "electronic" signatures, if a signature sheet is required to be uploaded at a certain stage in the process, the system can be set to "lock" further progress until there is a signature sheet there, and any Microsoft Office or Adobe PDF text files are searchable for content within them.
